4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tikitaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
